How to create a b2b festival in the era of covid restrictions and tell about all the main business goals of the platform so that the audience does not get bored

Objective
Hold the very first YouTube Festival in Russia for b2b-audience within the framework of covid restrictions

As you can see, we made it online!

The festival consists of two parts:
1) Intro for which we shot a 30-minute video with trends, bloggers, and documentaries about how YouTube is changing the lives of its inhabitants
2) Multichannel online broadcasts with lectures for different areas of business.

The festival turned out to be a success — in 2021 we repeated the same path, but with different hosts and creative concept — From YouTube Heroes to YouTube Backstage, in 2021 we "took" guests of the conference to an online YouTube kitchen to tell about all the most significant insights and platform changes

The first YouTube Festival closed with a video by the popular singer Tatarka — the video was filmed with the support of the video platform and shown exclusively at the festival
The only thing that I can show in the two years of YouTube Festival existence is bloopers since the conference itself was held in a closed b2b format.
